Reserving your Baby Equipment Rentals

Call or email us with your rental request!

We are open 7 days a week (including holidays) from 9am-9pm.

We will confirm availability of the items you requested and confirm your order within 24 hours.  We ask for a credit card number to include with the reservation for payment, your credit card is not charged until the day of delivery.

Changes to your reservation can be done up to 48 hours prior to delivery. We will send you a final confirmation prior to your arrival.

Easy Pick up and Delivery of your baby equipment rentals

•  Local pick up is available at pre-arranged times, call for details.

• Full Service delivery (7 days a week from 9am-9pm) is provided by One Tiny Suitcase. Delivery is available within Calgary, Edmonton and surrounding areas (Banff, Canmore, etc.) and starts at $12.

Please call for a delivery quote based on your location. Delivery and set up of the baby equipment rentals can be arranged to your hotel room, vacation rental or private residence. We've delivered to some of Calgary's top hotels and even the smallest bed and breakfast in Banff!

• Items may be picked up from the Calgary Airport 7 days a week from 6am-11pm. Airport delivery starts at $10.

• One Way rentals in Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto are available on some orders.

• Same day courier delivery in Calgary & Edmonton starts at $15.

*Please note, some rental items include free delivery.

Damage and Loss of Equipment

The renter assumes all liability for loss or damage to the equipment. A rental agreement/waiver must be signed prior to all rentals. Manufacturer's instructions are included with all equipment and we are available if you have any questions about how to use the equipment.

Repair/replacement costs will be charged to the renter’s credit card if the equipment is lost/stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
 

Rental Cancellations

Cancellations may be made with 48 hours advance notice. Reservations made within 48 hours require full payment at the time of booking. Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to 50% of the rental price charged to the renter's credit card.

Minimum Charges

There is a $35.00 minimum charge on all orders, excluding delivery fees. 

Methods of Payment

Cash and credit cards (VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX) are accepted methods of payment. A credit card is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking.
