Holiday in Canada? Renting an RV?
On a recent trip to Banff for a weekend of camping, I noticed that the RV park was filling up with Motorhomes and RV’s. As I looked closer I realized that the majority of these were rentals from Canadream RV.
Renting an RV is a great way to see Canada, especially if you are traveling with little ones. RV’s make it easy to have some of the comforts of home with you, be able to cook familiar meal, accommodate nap times, etc.
We provide additional rental items like baby beds, car seats and portable highchairs. Delivered right to the RV rental desk, it makes it super easy to get everything you need installed in the RV before you embark on your journey!
We have partnered with Canadream and are happy to provide a discount to all Canadadream RV Club members. See the full listing of discounts in their extensive guide.
I grew up camping in some of Canada’s most beautiful regions. It was a great part of my childhood and taught me some great skills. Now that I have two children of my own, I want to show them all the wonderful aspects of being in the outdoors.
After having twins, our days of throwing a few things in a backpack and grabbing out tent was gone. Luckily, we inherited a vintage camper/trailer right around the time the twins were 2 years old.
Our Boler (http://csc.laurentian.ca/~ken/bolerrv/) has seen us through the last couple of years and enabled us to show our kids what camping is all about. It’s nothing fancy and pretty small but it keep us warm and dry. Here are some photos of our ‘egg on wheeels’.
- Newly added bunk beds this year
Now, that we have started to outgrow the Boler we are looking into getting something a little bigger. We are going to try and rent a few different types of trailers before deciding what to buy. If you are looking for RV rentals in Calgary check out these sites:
